At buildspark we provide services around southwest london and Surrey, however we do provide Electrical conditonal report, anywhere within M25 or Surrey.

We work from White city all the way to Elephant and Castle and Croydon. The towns that we provide services often are, Tooting, Balham, Croydon, Streatham, Hammersmith, Putney, Kingston, Morden and many more, as it will be a very long list.

Do you charge call out fees?
In case of emergency we do not have call out fees, however we have a minimum hour charge if we are providing services in hourly rate.
What are Buildspark charges?
At Buildspark we provide Electrician services from 08:00 to 17:00 at £70 an hour, however our fee increases to £100 an hour from 17:00 until 08:00 next day.
Are materials included in hourly rate?
Sadly No, the hourly rate counts only towrds labour, if we are using our materials , the prices will be around 15% more expensive then purchased directly from the client, as we have to add the expenses that we get by purchasing material.
If you are given a fixed rate, then the estimate will provide clarification if the materials are included.
Do you install materials /appliances purchased by the client?
Yes, offcourse . We install all the time, lights, sockets, cooker, showers purchased by the client in advance, however if the wrong item is purchase a fee of minimum hour will be applied, regardless if your appliance is installed or not.
How much you charge for advise?
We do not charge for advise, so we encourage to contact us by email or whatsApp if you have a question on legal or regulations. We aim to answer all the question within 72 hours .
